BOVALE

BOVALE – RED GRAPE FOR RED WINE Bovale is a native grape of Sardinia and wine produced with this grape has an intense and dark ruby red color, with aromas reminiscent of small dark berry fruits, blackberry, cherry, ripe red fruit and hints of aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is warm, rich and full-bodied, with a good tannic structure and moderate acidity.

The good structure and the rich characteristics of the wine immediately direct us to pairings with dishes of intense and persistent flavors like roasted red meats, or game. When Bovale is aged in wood, it becomes more evolved and complex, and it is excellent when combined with braised meats, stews, and long-cooking meat sauces.
